Thrive 9th Ward (T9) provides a safe, fun space for community members to grow together, and creates opportunities for neighbors to grow personally and professionally through summer camps, youth programs, sports and rec programming, and workforce training.

Vision + Mission
Thrive 9th Ward Summer Camp is an intense 7 week camp for 5-12 year olds. It’s a combination of Sports, educational ,and arts activities from 8-2:30pm Monday through Friday.
Lodging
Groups will stay at Camp Hope, a converted school building that now houses up to 300 people at a time. Camp Hope has bunk rooms, bathrooms, showers, meeting spaces, recreational areas, cafeteria, and a staff kitchen. Group will need to bring their own sheets, pillows, towels, and toiletries. Meals
The fee Includes hot breakfast, sack lunch to bring to the Community Center for Lunch, and a themed dinner every evening. Camp Hope does not provide meals on the weekend.
Schedule
When should teams plan to arrive and depart? For 3 day trips we recommended arriving Monday and departing Thursday. For 5 day trips we recommend arriving Sunday dinner time and departing Friday lunch time.
Group Size
Thrive T9 prefers groups between10-20 people.
Age
Participants must be 16 or older.
Cost
$29 per person per day.
